2,Product features: 1). High-speed machining: The curve and straight speed is the same, the idle speed can reach 30m/minute, the cutting speed can reach 10m/minute.
2). The weight loading and redundancy are high, the working life is long: Three axes adopt the imported line square guide rail with the high precision, and three axes is rack running (without connection by strap). Axis Y adopts the double engine driving, the rigidity of machine is strong, the potency dimension is powerful, the turn is balanced, which can ensure the machine without deformation after a long-time high speed running. Adopting the particular design of eccentricity axis, the clearance is adjustable. Decelerated by gear wheel occluding pinion to ensure the machine running in high speed and high precision, the particular flange sliding block make the holistic machine more firmly and more durable.
3). Compatibility of software: It may be compatible with all kinds of software, such as JINGDIAO, TYPE3, ARTCAM, CASTMATE, CAD, and CAM design software etc.
